The BIG Cheese

Classical, timeless, tasty.
2 slices of white bread
100g mild cheddar
50g mature cheddar
20g blue cheese (Stilton)
Butter each slice of bread on both sides.
Grate the cheeses into a bowl and mix gently.
With a medium to low heat, add one slice of the buttered bread to a pan.
Add the grated cheese on top.
Place on the second slice of bread and firmly push down.
Fry in the pan for 3mins each side until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
Goes great with a dollop of ketchup or your favorite chutney!!
