A classic tuna supreme sandwich with lettuce and potato chips. Great for picnics or a light snack!!

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of crusty white bread, buttered
  • 1 can of tuna
  • ½ red pepper
  • Fresh leafy iceberg lettuce
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Black pepper
  • Lightly salted potato chips

Directions

  1. Drain the can of tuna and add to a bowl.
  2. Chop the red pepper into small pieces.
  3. Add the mayonnaise and chopped red pepper, and season with black pepper.
  4. Mix together with a fork.
  5. Add the mixed tuna on top of a slice of bread.
  6. Layer on some potato chips and lettuce.
  7. Add the other slice of bread to complete the sandwich.
Enjoy with a nice cuppa tea!
