The BIG Cheese

Ingredients
- 2 slices of white bread
- 100g mild cheddar
- 50g mature cheddar
- 20g blue cheese (Stilton)
- Butter
Directions
- Butter each slice of bread on both sides.
- Grate the cheeses into a bowl and mix gently.
- With a medium to low heat, add one slice of the buttered bread to a pan.
- Add the grated cheese on top.
- Place on the second slice of bread and firmly push down.
- Fry in the pan for 3mins each side until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
