A classic tuna supreme sandwich with lettuce and potato chips. Great for picnics or a light snack!!
Ingredients
- 2 slices of crusty white bread, buttered
- 1 can of tuna
- ½ red pepper
- Fresh leafy iceberg lettuce
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- Black pepper
- Lightly salted potato chips
Directions
- Drain the can of tuna and add to a bowl.
- Chop the red pepper into small pieces.
- Add the mayonnaise and chopped red pepper, and season with black pepper.
- Mix together with a fork.
- Add the mixed tuna on top of a slice of bread.
- Layer on some potato chips and lettuce.
- Add the other slice of bread to complete the sandwich.
