Each original sandwich recipe we receive through our website is evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Originality (25%),
- Use of ingredients (25%),

- Taste (25%)
The top 4 sandwich recipes are then added to the Share Your Sandwich homepage under the heading Fresh Sandwiches.
On what days does the Fresh Sandwich week start and end?
Sometime, on the Monday of each week we will update our homepage with 4 new Fresh Sandwiches for that week. From then you can make the 4 sandwiches recipes and like your favorite.
The following Saturday we will record the number of likes for each new fresh sandwich and the recipe that has the highest number of likes will get a permanent spot on our Hall of Fame page.
In the event of a tie, all sandwich recipes with the equal highest number of likes will be added to the Hall of Fame page.
What rules are there around sandwich recipe submissions?
Each submission must include an original sandwich recipe and photo. It must also not have been published previously, and must not infringe third-party rights.
Sandwich recipes found not to be original will be removed from the site. There is no limit to the amount of sandwich recipes a person can submit through the website.
Sandwiches can include any combination of ingredients and must be served on bread products such as rolls, buns, wraps, biscuits, sliced bread, focaccia, etc.
Are hot dog and hamburger recipes eligible?
Technically speaking both hot dog and hamburger recipes are sandwiches. We believe they are in a category by themselves so we are excluding hamburger and hot dog recipes (frankfurter’s) from the website. But if you have a creative sausage sandwich recipe (anything but a frankfurter), we'd love to see it!!
