Ingredients

  • Marinade - soy, sweet chilli sauce, sriracha sauce, lime juice, salt, pepper, honey, balsamic vinegar
  • Banh mi sauce - soy, sweet chilli sauce, sriracha sauce, lime juice, salt, pepper, honey, balsamic vinegar, mayo
  • French baguette
  • Chicken thighs
  • Coriander leaves
  • Thai Basil leaves
  • Radishes
  • Spring onions
  • Pickles
  • Tomatoes

Directions

  1. Marinate the chicken for 60mins.
  2. Heat Baguette on low heat for 5 mins.
  3. Spread on the sauce liberally.
  4. Fry chicken in a little oil untill lightly charred.
  5. Layer on the chicken and other ingredients.
  6. Add more sriracha sauce for more heat.
